Once, the decided that the time had come to create the animals! They gave them shape with colour and fire and passed them to Epimetheus to ornament and provide them with flairs and traits! Epimetheus was wise and fair and working immediately! He gave strength to some of them and speed to the weaker ones. He made the smaller ones fly or live . Then he provided them with skin and thick fur to enable them survive low temperatures throughout seasonal changes! And he did so in fear that some of them might risk their lives and die!
As for food, he managed to make some of them eating vegetables, plants, fruit or roots! Some would eat other animals. He decided that the wouldn’t bear many cubs. On the contrary, he made the prey-animals give birth to many offsprings so as to maintain their species.
